Just a few tips
1) Use Full Color if at all possible - color copies simply look much more professional. If you can't afford color use color paper, bright yellow or even pink.
2) Don't run cheap photo copies - first impressions are very important and printed flyers simply look much better.
3) Include a coupon or discount -  If you can, include some kind of discount or freebie the first time they use your service to get your foot in the door.  A free virus check, network analyses, free web page, just to name a few ideas.
4) Make it easy for your customers to find you -  make sure your flyers have all the contact information possible in big and bold letters if possible.
